=>Different way of gradual development:-
a) Fixed on truth:
In Hinduism, one can adopt a form to fix concentration. But in islam it is forbidden to use any imaginary form because it is considered as falsehood and an insult to Almighty God as the creation is not the portion or manifestation of Almighty Allah.
"Say, ‘Will you worship beside Allah that which has no power to do you harm or good?’ And it is Allah Who is All-Hearing, All-Knowing." (Al-Quran, 05:77)
b) Way of concentration and self-development:
In islam 'Worship' does not mean only prayer, but it means to 'obey all the commandments of Almighty God'. If anyone prays, he is worshipping; if anyone does not kill innocent human being, he is worshipping; if anyone loves his parents, he is worshipping. In short, if anyone does his works according to the commandments of Allah and abstains from those works which are forbidden, he is doing Ibadah or Worship.
When anyone implements this method for the satisfaction of Allah and also follows the way of working of the last and the final messenger Prophet Muhammad(pbuh), then his deeds of every moment will be turned into 'Worship'.
But when a person's mind can not think deeply about his Creator, generally at that moment he can not think about the depth of worship of Almighty God. At that moment, the person can only think about the rewards and punishment for his works in hereafter.
Then when he is going to do any bad work, the thinking of the bitter punishment of hell will prevent him from doing such deeds.
"Our Lord! Surely, whom You admit to the Fire, indeed You have disgraced him, and never will the wrongdoers find any helpers." (Al-Quran 3:192)
Again when anyone doesn't feel necessity to do worship or any good deed, the reward in paradise will inspire him to do more positive works.
"Allah does not inflict an atom's weight of injustice. On the contrary, He multiplies the reward manifold for the righteous work, and grants from Him a great recompense."
(Al-Quran, 4:40)
Thus while one is obeying the commandments of Allah, gradually he is going away from misguidance and his mind becomes more and more matured day by day in the thinking of Almighty God. Then that person's main motto is not to get reward in paradise, but to love Almighty God and to do works for His satisfaction.
"(O Messenger!) Tell people: 'If you indeed love Allah, follow me, and Allah will love you and will forgive you your sins. Allah is All-Forgiving, All-Compassionate.'" (Al-Quran, 3:31)
"And they feed, for the love of Allah, the indigent, the orphan, and the captive,-
[Saying],"We feed you for the sake of Allah alone: no reward do we desire from you, nor thanks."
(Al-Quran, 76:08-09)
"Those who believe, and whose hearts find satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah: for without doubt in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction." (Al-Quran, 13:28)
"Say: "Truly, my prayer and my service of sacrifice, my life and my death, are [all] for Allah, the Cherisher of the Worlds""
(Al-Quran, 6:162)
For this, worship by forms is unnecessary to us and a way of misguidance.

=>Do Kabba, stars, moon etc indicate worship by forms?:
The specific answer of this question is "NO". This is a common misconception among public that Kabba, stars, moon etc are symbols to fix concentration to worship in islam. Whether it is Kabba or stars or moon or any other thing, they are not considered any symbol for worship or fixing concentration.
a) Stars, moon etc are just the creation and signs of Almighty Allah:
"And of His signs are the night and day and the sun and moon. Do not prostrate to the sun or to the moon, but prostate to Allah , who created them, if it should be Him that you worship."
(Al-Quran, 41:37)
b) Kabba is the holy temple or house for Muslims:
Allah Almighty chose that spot(Kabba) on earth to be the meeting place with Him, because It is His Grand Temple, but it doesn't mean that Allah stays or lives there. We Worship Allah Almighty in His House/Temple. We never worship the Temple itself.
b)Kabba is the direction:
Kaaba is the Qibla i.e. the direction Muslims face during their prayers. It is important to note that though Muslims face the Kaaba during prayers, they do not worship the Kaaba. Muslims worship and bow to none but Allah.
“We see the turning of thy face (for guidance) to the heavens: now shall We turn thee to a Qiblah that shall please thee. Turn then thy face in the direction of the Sacred Mosque: wherever ye are, turn your faces in that direction.”
[Al-Qur’an 2:144]
c)Islam believes in fostering unity:
For instance, if Muslims want to offer Salaah (Prayer), it is possible that some may wish to face north, while some may wish to face south. In order to unite Muslims in their worship of the One True God, Muslims, wherever they may be, are asked to face in only one direction i.e. towards the Kaaba. If some Muslims live towards the west of the Kaaba they face the east. Similarly if they live towards the east of the Kaaba they face the west.
d)Kaaba is at the Centre of the World Map:
The Muslims were the first people to draw the map of the world. They drew the map with the south facing upwards and north downwards. The Kaaba was at the centre. Later, western cartographers drew the map upside down with the north facing upwards and south downwards. Yet, the Kaaba is at the centre of the world map.
(You can also see this video about astronomical proof that Kabba is at the center of earth: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=FzhgIQiA4x4)
e)Tawaaf around Kaaba for indicating one God:
When the Muslims go to Masjid-e-Haram in Makkah, they perform tawaaf or circumambulation round the Kaaba. This act symbolizes the belief and worship of One God, since, just as every circle has one centre, so also there is only one Allah (swt) worthy of worship.
f)What about the black stone near the Kaaba?:
Regarding the black stone, hajr-e-aswad, there is a hadith (tradition), attributed to the illustrious companion of the Prophet Muhammed (pbuh), Umar (may Allah be pleased with him).
According to Sahih Bukhari, Volume 2, book of Hajj, chapter 56, H.No. 675. Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said,
“I know that you are a stone and can neither benefit nor harm. Had I not seen the Prophet (pbuh) touching (and kissing) you, I would never have touched (and kissed) you”.
The reason prophet kissed the black stone can be a sign to fulfill the criteria of the pilgrimage. The black stone is like the bricks and cement that make up the Kaaba. It is not holy at all and is not worshiped in any shape or form. The black stone is nothing but a Heavenly object (an asteroid) that GOD Almighty descended on earth to determine the exact location of where His House was going to be built by Abraham and his son Ishmael, peace be upon them.

e)Kabba can not be as same as Idol for worship:
People stood on Kaaba and gave the adhaan. At the time of the Prophet, people even stood on the Kaaba and gave the ‘adhaan’ or the call to prayer. One may ask those who allege that Muslims worship the Kaaba; which idol worshipper stands on the idol he worships?
f) Kabba is not a hindu temple:
The articles in this website below will show you that Kabba is not a hindu temple, so visit here and get the full answer.

CONCLUSION:
Islam does not support any kind of form worship because it does not accept vedic philosophy. As Islam is based on truth, so it does not need any help from other faith to show the way of worship and self-purification. We will then request to all that please be positive minded and judge Islam in the proper islamic way. May peace be on you.
"And say, "Truth has come, and falsehood has departed. Indeed is falsehood, [by nature], ever bound to depart.""
